About Owens

We are Owens Community College, a comprehensive community college established in 1965 to provide educational opportunities and training to the residents of our communities.

We offer over 100 academic programs and certificates to students who are preparing for a career, retraining for a new career, seeking professional development or obtaining credits to transfer to a four-year college or university - some while still in high school.

Our dedicated and experienced faculty members bring their industry knowledge, information, and ideas into the classroom to allow you to gain a better understanding of how your studies will translate into your chosen career. With an average class size of 14 students, you will receive the personal attention you need to succeed.

Outside of the classroom, you can experience a robust campus life through student activities, clubs and organizations, Express athletics and volunteer activities.
