If the requested date is less than 30 days from this form being submitted, we cannot guarantee this event can be executed.
The requested spaces can only be rented between the hours of 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. Eastern Time.
Contracts must be fully executed within 30 days to guarantee the spaces are reserved.
If the liability of the event, the technical or operational services requested exceed our staff and space, the request will be denied.
