Why Is It My Job to Talk About Diversity, Equity and Inclusion?
11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Terrace View Café (Heritage Hall Room 113)
The work of diversity, equity and inclusion are critical issues in the workplace in America. Successful organizations create a culture where these issues and the conflict
they can create are dealt with in a proactive manner. Do you have a role to play in your office, department or division to champion diversity, equity and inclusion even
though it has nothing to do with your role, responsibilities or title?

Open to all!
