Due to precautionary measures, this event has been canceled. This mission of this initiative is to increase the retention and professional experience of faculty and staff of color at Owens Community College in accordance with Strategic
Goal 5.2. This program is designed to enhance support for faculty and staff in addition to share resources that impact career, professional and personal development.
My Job, My Story, My Struggle

Terrace View Café (Heritage Hall Room 113)
The workshop will be an occasion for introductions, networking and facilitated discussion about the experience employees of color have had working at Owens Community College. Facilitators will share the purpose of the Leadership Perspectives Project and engage participants in developing micro-content for future leadership development initiatives.
