Meet with representatives from four-year college and universities to discuss where your Owens education can take you. Advisors will be available to help with career/major exploration, degree evaluations and general transfer/transferology information.
Join Amber Sherick and Gary Sefton of the E-Learning Department as they discuss how they came to their careers in E-Learning and the education, skills, and abilities needed to work in the field, day-to-day tasks, responsibilities and more. Students are invited to sign up for the workshop, How to Build a Healthy Brain by Kimberley Wilson, by emailing counselingservices@owens.edu. The workshop will be held Wednesdays from October 20 through November 10 at 11 a.m. in Heritage Hall 137.

- Improving your brain health through nutrition
Note: all sessions will include practical tips for personal as well as academic application (for example, how better sleep can improve grades…how regular exercise can improve grades).

Students, the new Owens President wants to meet you! Dr. Somerville will be doing a meet and greet at 5 p.m. in the SHAC Atrium prior to the game. The game begins at 6 p.m.

High school groups and families are invited to learn more about specific academic programs, the Owens admissions process, and financial aid/scholarships. Faculty and staff will be available to answer questions and provide first-hand knowledge. Prospective students will be able to tour labs and find out how to get started at Owens. Lunch will be provided.
