Pop-Up COVID Clinic @ Student Health and Activities Center

Owens Community College will host a pop-up COVID vaccine Clinic, administered by the Wood County Health Department, on Wednesday, April 14, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  The Clinic will take place in the Student Health and Activities Center (SHAC), which is building #19 on the following map https://cdn.owens.edu/about_owens/toledocampus.pdf.  This Clinic is available to all individuals 16 years of age and older from any county and/or state.  The vaccine that will be administered is free of charge and will be the Pfizer brand.

The Clinic is by appointment only and appointments may be scheduled using ArmorVax at the following link https://sites.google.com/view/wchdohio-coronavirus/home/vaccines/get-vaccinated/armorvax-registration?authuser=0

The day of the Clinic, please make sure you have eaten before your appointment time and stay hydrated. If you are under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must accompany you to the appointment.
