Students are invited to sign up for the workshop, How to Build a Healthy Brain by Kimberley Wilson, by emailing counselingservices@owens.edu. The workshop will be held Wednesdays from October 20 through November 10 at 11 a.m. in Heritage Hall 137.

Note: all sessions will include practical tips for personal as well as academic application (for example, how better sleep can improve grades…how regular exercise can improve grades).
During this workshop, students will be guided through an exploration of Virtual Job Shadow, an online career tool with online career assessments, career videos, life skills videos, and resume and cover letter builders.
