Students are invited to sign up for the workshop, How to Build a Healthy Brain by Kimberley Wilson, by emailing counselingservices@owens.edu. The workshop will be held Wednesdays from October 20 through November 10 at 11 a.m. in Heritage Hall 137.

Topics: Session 3 (November 3)

  • Building psychological resilience
  • How social media and technology affect the brain
  • Money matters

Note: all sessions will include practical tips for personal as well as academic application (for example, how better sleep can improve grades…how regular exercise can improve grades).

Wells, had many terrified listeners convinced that an actual alien invasion of Earth was taking place. Adapted by Howard E. Koch and originally directed and narrated by Orson Welles, this original script detailing the frightening tale of an extraterrestrial takeover comes to life onstage to thrill and chill audiences!
