Sponsored by Owens Community College Landscape and Turfgrass Management Program, Maumee Valley Growers and Ohio State University College of Food, Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, this event offers local gardeners a first look at what’s new in plants and trends in 2020. The nominal admission fee supports the Norm Moll Scholarship Fund for students entering horticulture studies.

Representatives will also be available to talk about programs, scholarships, and more.

The workshop will be an occasion for introductions, networking and facilitated discussion about the experience employees of color have had working at Owens Community College. Facilitators will share the purpose of the Leadership Perspectives Project and engage participants in developing micro-content for future leadership development initiatives.
