March 13, 2022 is the Owens Foundation scholarship application priority date for the 2022-2023 academic year. Applications will be accepted after this date but the application will not have priority selection if applying after March 13.

Applications will be accepted for Lucas County residents seeking rental assistance and utility assistance. Applicants are encouraged to bring supporting documentation of income, financial need or risk of homelessness or housing instability.
