Understanding Teams using Personality Profiles (MBTI)

This half-day workshop teaches participants how to understand their strengths and blind spots from a different perspective using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Participants will use this time-tested tool as a framework for seeing differences among their co-workers as complementary rather than aggravating, increasing work effectiveness and productivity in the process.
