Owens Harvest Food Pantry and Career Closet

The Owens Harvest Food Pantry opened in February 2011 in response to a growing need for food support for our students. Similar to the Community Garden, the pantry exists to offer support to students in need while also offering valuable on-campus service learning opportunities for students.

All registered Owens students are eligible to receive food benefits and must show a valid student ID during open pantry hours. The Harvest Food Pantry is located on the Toledo-area Campus in Kingsley Hall room 104 and is open on Tuesdays from 11 a.m. 2 p.m. when classes are in session.

Donations are always accepted for nutritious, non-perishable food items. Hygiene items are also appreciated.

All students are invited to support the food pantry through donations or volunteer efforts. If interested, please contact the Office of Service Learning and Civic Engagement at (567) 661-2275.
