Mail-in or by Fax Registration Form

If you are registering for the first time, you first must complete an online Application for Admission to Owens Community College.

If you have not attended Owens Community College in the past two or more years, you must complete a new online Application for Admission.

By Mail

Registration by mail is available to all students in good academic and financial standing with the College. Completed Registration/Add/Drop Forms may be sent to the Record Office, at Owens Community College, P.O. Box 10,000, Toledo, OH 43699-1947 Mail in registrations will only be processed during the registration period (dates and deadlines). Forms received after regular business hours will be processed as of the next business day. Classes may fill by the time your registration for is received and processed. We take no responsibility for mail delivery delays or mis-delivered mail.

By Fax

Registration by fax is available to all students in good academic and financial standing with the College. Completed Registration/Add/Drop Forms may be faxed to the Records Office at (567) 661-2101. Fax in registrations will only be processed during the registration period (dates and deadlines). Forms received after regular business hours will be processed as of the next business day. Classes may fill by the time your registration is received and processed. We take no responsibility for faxes.
