Federal financial aid regulations require the College to monitor attendance for students receiving financial aid. There are two separate requirements:
At the beginning of each class, instructors report attendance via Ozone. For a detailed brochure explaining Spring 2014 procedures, click here.
At the end of the semester, instructors report the last date of attendance for students who are receiving failing grades. The instructor will report this date in conjunction with grades via Ozone. For a detailed brochure explaining grade reporting, click here.
